Magic Sing has now been on sale in the UK since 1994 when the first Black microphone was introduced, Magicmic.co.uk has been trading from 1995 and caters for all customers dating back to 1994 ! Every mic contains a number of pre-loaded songs and a few chips. Since we extended the mic range expanded to include two Micirophones and until 2005 these microphones changed only in functionality. In November 2005 the new ED8000 2006 was released with a massive 2064 English songs pre-loaded to the mic, together with a new entry level mic, the ED9000 Magic Mic Lite containing 900 English songs. In 2008, ready for the Christmas Market, WOW Magic Sing introduced a new generation of Mic's the ET18000 100% wireless mic including 2070 songs and the ET12000 replacing the ET14000 also with 2070 songs all with upgraded chips, better facilities and many new functions.

The New generation of mics have a My Mic Function (allowing song lists to be created) and the newly developed Multiplex function which allows you to record a song (Sang by the owner) and play this back with the backing track with words an industry 1st by way of an SD Expansion card - available also from our site or at most good retailers !

Fundamentally the operation of the microphones is the same, each microphone has 4 bays which allows expansion of the already pre-loaded song lists on each to a potential 5000 on board at any one time from our present range of over 17 chips with around 6,500 songs in total, the equivalent of allot of disks ! The new Magic Sing is a simple plug and play device which connects directly to any TV system, coming with standard phono (RCA) output and Audio L/R which can be converted to Scart if your TV has no RCA connections available. If the TV is surround sound the audio left and right will feed to your full stereo speakers using your TV. Alternatively you can connect the RCA audio to a separate amplifier as many of our client's do in commercial use.

This is a question we are quite often asked, I have seen similar Microphones half the price, are they the same, I've been offered the same mic at a lower cost but not branded WOW Magic Mic  - ARE THEY THE SAME ?

We try to be very frank with our customer base, no they are not. As independent distributors in the UK we are not tied to supply Magic sing, we choose to supply it. Every time a new mic enters this market we purchase one to compare and check out the product (We have quite a collection from China, Korea and Taiwan), generally they are of poor quality from china, preloaded with songs which are poor sound output and poor reproduction but for some this is perfectly acceptable, we know clients that have experienced Magic Sing accept no imitations or anything other than Enter-tech Official product.

Other models are been offered around the internet, please be aware that these are not the latest version of Magic Mic, the ED7000 is a USA mic made for the USA market  (for a company called onstage) - this has been adapted for resale following import to the UK, it is not supported in the UK by Entertech.
