1. If the MAGIC SING doesn't power up

A. When you are using the adaptor
     * Please make sure the adaptor is plugged into the power outlet correctly.
     * Check the male plug if it is properly inserted into the female jack.
B. When you are using batteries
     * Make sure two new AA batteries are in the compartment.
     * Make sure all the batteries (+-) are inserted in the correct directions.
     * Check elasticity of the stainless steel in the battery compartment.
     * Check if the batteries are in good condition.

2. If the user's voice could not be heard
     * Press

and check the volume of the Main microphone.
3. If the TV does not show pictures or sound
     * Make sure all the RCA connectors are properly connected according to the correct colors.
   * Check if the TV is already in the video mode.

4. When the TV screen stays still and the MAGIC SING won't turn off
     * Press the

button for 3 seconds or longer to turn off the MAGIC SING.

IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE PRODUCT'S PERFORMANCE, (Reset or Initialize the MAGIC SING)
* Press and hold the button, DO NOT RELEASE THIS BUTTON YET. Using another finger press and release the button. Do not release the button until the words USER RESET appear on the TV Screen.

1. How do i restore mic setting back to its default setting?

Answer:
Just perform Master Reset, by pressing 0 button + PWR button.

2. What is the power rating ?

Answer:
The units all operate 100v - 240v we supply a universal adapter unit suitable for World Wide use.

3. How does the Magic Sing Magic Microphone Videoke Mic work?

Answer:
The Magic Sing mic has video and audio outputs that connect to a TV. The lyrics of the song can be seen on the TV screen while the music and the singer's voice are heard on the speaker.

4. What are the models of the Magic Sing Magic Microphone Videoke Mic?

Answer:
Currently, we have three models of videoke mics, the ED8000 model, the Silver Lite ED9000 Model, and the new 100% wireless ED11000 model.

5. What are the differences between the three models?

Answer:
The ED8000 Model has a USB function which allows the user to connect to any computer for future system upgrades. It also allows downloading of pre-recorded songs from the microphone to your PC.
The ED8000 model also features an ergonomic design and an external video source function which allows the user to customize the video background using any video source (such as video camera, DVD/VCD player, etc.). This model also features a detachable cable.

The Silver Fiesta ED9000 Model features a 5 meter fixed cable, has a tuning meter function/vocalization, and an Othello game function.

The ED11000 is a 100% wireless mic system with a Base unit which connects to your TV, Mic's communicate directly to the base, either 1 or 2 units, these mic's and base unit have the same functionality as the ED8000, with the added bonus of no wires.

Both the ED8000 and the ED9000 model features 2,064 built-in songs, the ED11000 has 2058.

6. Does it need batteries to work?

Answer:
All Magic Sing Magic Microphones requires a power source in order to function. This power source can be provided by either the adaptor or by 2 "AA" batteries, but not both at the same time. When the adaptor included in the package is used, the Magic Sing mic does not need batteries..

7. Can the Magic Sing Magic Microphone be used with 110V and 220V AC outlets also??

Answer:
There is nothing to fear. The adaptor included with the Magic Sing package is an AUTO VOLT adaptor. You can plug it in either 110V or 220V without changing any setting and it would still work perfectly..

8. Does the Magic Sing Magic microphone already contain songs?

Answer:
Yes, once you buy either the ED8000 or Silver ED9000 Lite Magic Sing, you get 2,064 English pre-loaded songs. If you buy the ED11000, this has 2058 English songs pre-loaded.

9. How can I add songs to the Magic Sing Magic Microphones?

Answer:
Songs are added simply by inserting song chips bought from any Magic Sing Dealer or directly from our site. Songs inside the song chips are automatically added..

10. Can I customize the songs inside my song chip?

Answer:
Currently we do not customize song chips. We have fixed set of songs for each chip. We do carry a large selection of songs in each song chip though, and we're sure that it will appeal to each customer's musical taste. Aside from this, we are constantly making song chips with new songs.

In the future the ED8000 and ED11000 can use Blank chips to create song lists downloaded, this service is not yet available and has no date for launch.
