How does rent a Magic Sing mic work ?

Our rental system is effectively try a try and return service, simply order the mic you would like to try below using any major debit card, Switch, Maestro, Visa Debit, Electron, Delta. (credit card rental purchases are not accepted*) we will then ship you the mic selected, the unit can be held by yourself on trial for £42.50 for the 1st week, weeks are charged in blocks of 7 days beginning with the date of delivery, we allow you 3 days after your period to return you mic. If the mic fails to return we assume you wish to rent for another week and a further £35.00 will be charged against your refund applied when returned and so on, if the mic fails to return at all, we will not refund any amount to your card and we will assume you liked the mic so much you did not want to return it, in these cases please contact us so that we can send you the your box and warranty information by post.

Upon return we refund you credit card for the value of the transaction less £35 for each 7 days period used, £42.50 for the 1st initial week.

Return delivery is your responsibility and you should ensure that the unit is returned in the condition it was supplied. Rental units should be returned unit Royal Mail special delivery, see full terms and conditions for rental units.

Conditions of Mic Rental

1. Week 1 rental is charged at £42.50 for 7 days.
2. 1 Week rental is defined from 7 days from the date of signature on delivery, if the unit attempted for delivery and carded by the courier due to no party been able to sign for the unit, the rental of the unit begins at this point, not the point of collection. Units can not be attempted for re-delivery unless a further £10.00 is paid for courier re-delivery charge.
3. Following the end of your term of rental, 7 days after the date as described in point 2 we allow a further 3 working days for return to our depot, RETURN LABEL SUPPLIED.
4. You should be aware that until the unit returns to our depot you are responsible for the until including return transit, therefore you should ensure that in order to protect yourself and your effective purchase you insure the unit correctly by returning using Royal Mail special delivery with insurance level set to cover up to £500.
5. A further period is charged against the pending refund to your card should the item return beyond the timeframe allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. After 21 days the unit is deemed purchased and can not be returned unless under RTB warranty for replacement or repair.
7. Unit can only be rental purchased using any Major Debit card, this will be checked via our merchant system, should the purchase be using credit card the card will be refunded and rental cancelled, a 10% charge for admin and merchant fees will be charged immediately against the purchase price.
