- If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order, if we are unable to meet your order, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

- We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Back to Top Payment - You can pay by any, Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Maestro, Solo or Visa Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.
- You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. Please create your order, select alternative payment method and print the order form as shown on checkout, you can then mail your payment, please note, we do not ship until payment clears.
Back to Top Delivery - We can deliver goods to destinations within UK and Europe only, we regret that we can not ship outside this area.
- We aim to deliver goods within 2 to 3 working days using our nominated courier unless the next day service is selected. However, cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery, nor can we accept responsibility if the goods have been despatched for delivery next day of late delivery by the courier, we can merely issue your goods on that level of service, there are no refunds or compensation should any item not be delivered in the time specified.
- If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
Back to Top Warranty & Returns - All goods are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty, unless otherwise specified, some items are sold pre-used with an RTB warranty of 3/6 or 9 months, please check if you are unsure.
- Cables, connectors and rechargeable batteries are not covered under any warranty without exception, these are checked prior to despatch.
- In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund, after the period of 7 days we can only repair or exchange the item.
- Any goods returned (within 7 days of the date of delivery) that were purchased in error will be refunded. Carriage charges will be deducted prior to issuing any refund at a rate of 20% of the value of the original transaction. This applies to all such returns without exception.
- All returns must not have been used, be undamaged, in the original manufacturer's unmarked packaging and complete with all accessories. Returned goods not complying to this will be rejected and will require collection or payment for re-despatch.
- Any goods returned under warranty and tested not faulty will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the original good value before return shipping. This applies to all such returns without exception.
- You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you (in the case of warranty repair or replacements). This applies to all returns without exception.
- Rental units should be returned within the time period specified, beyond this period a charge of £35.00 per 7 day period, up to a maximum of 21 days, at which point your rental will automatically be switched to a purchase transaction, your unit a this point can not be returned.
- No returns are accepted without RETURNS AUTHORISATION.
