No returns are accepted without prior RETURNS AUTHORISATION. We aim to keep the returns process as simple as possible. For information regarding the returns procedure please contact our returns department via email: sales@magicmic.co.uk . Items returned without prior authorisation will be rejected regardless of a displayed return address. If the unit is a return under warranty you will need your order number to hand prior to contacting us. Should your unit be out of warranty, we offer a quotation return service, please forward your mic details, serial number (inside magic sing next to battery slot) and order number, a standard quotation a return should the quote be accepted or rejected is £35 + Vat. Quotations can take up to 90 days. If the item was purchased outside of the UK or from one of many UK suppliers claiming to the official or only UK supplier and your serial number is not recognised by our system we charge £85 + Vat for a standard quotation. Repairs are handled by ENTERTECH QUALIFIED ENGINEERS, outside of the UK. We only offer repairs to Entertech Official merchandise, we do not cover copy mic's such as Kori Tech, Star Singer, Sing Star, Magic Singer. Official merchandise has a the brand stamp WOW Magic Mic, ET or Enter-tech of Korea on the unit. Dealers, Trade, Singing Group orders We are always interested to hear from Dealers wishing to supply our product on retail basis directly, please fax your letter head and email details to the above number, regrettably we can not supply any trade details until this process has been completed. We supply our units wholesale, our minimum order is £100. For group purchases, Tagalog singing clubs we are always happy to discuss orders of more units, generally we can offer you a good discount or perhaps the group can buy centrally and make a small revenue for the group in general, either way we can often help. |
